Literally ask a maxillofacial surgeon. Depends on a lot of things. You may or may not need ccw rotation, genioplasty, cw rotation etc.

im working at mcdonald (yes ik thats a trash job but at least im saving money on the side) im planning on a rhinoplasty in turkey then hopefully if i can afford it a surgery for my downward growth
