any surgery to fix it ? like my growth is pretty long but the problem is that its going downward

Literally ask a maxillofacial surgeon. Depends on a lot of things. You may or may not need ccw rotation, genioplasty, cw rotation etc.

Severe downward growth isn't really fixable, as it influences EVERY part of your skull. It is crucial to be in the right environment since birth.

im working at mcdonald (yes ik thats a trash job but at least im saving money on the side) im planning on a rhinoplasty in turkey then hopefully if i can afford it a surgery for my downward growth
