Downward pointing nasal tip/droopy nose fix + smile lines

Basically I am unsure why this happens. I’m not sure if it’s to do with my nose or a recessed maxilla or something else idk. It’s easy to see here when I smile especially and from the side it almost like I have a droopy nose tip. How can I fix the droopy nose or is it something in my actual maxilla or other. Honesty just want to know what it is, as well as these smile lines. If you need a better picture I will update it is kinda close up.

try volufiline this could work for smile lines or fillers.Your nasal tip is droopy because of your recessed Maxillary sinus(maxilla) fillers could fix it a little but if you want to fix it fully you need surgery .this girl got surgery

Yeah you are definitely right because from my front you can see the recession because I have like dents by my nose kind of
