Downward pointing nasal tip/droopy nose fix + smile lines

Basically I am unsure why this happens. I’m not sure if it’s to do with my nose or a recessed maxilla or something else idk. It’s easy to see here when I smile especially and from the side it almost like I have a droopy nose tip. How can I fix the droopy nose or is it something in my actual maxilla or other. Honesty just want to know what it is, as well as these smile lines. If you need a better picture I will update it is kinda close up.
