Why tf does my side profile look so bad now holy shit i look like a fag

I had very good forward growth and my lower jaw was sharp and straight

Now it isnt straight anymore and not sharp how does this happen
2months arimidex and 1 months hgh

I think hgh wasnt used long enough to cause any difference so I guess it was arimidex?
