There basically a legit subfield of info gathering in computers called Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). The entire point is gathering information about a person through the internet Governments, cybersecurity teams, and journalists use it daily.
Everyone knows about the legacy tools in OSNIT but I'll give you 2 a few modern and one AI based tools.. I'll keep it limited to legal tools because of a moral responsibility.
