Just one question is epiduo(adapelene+ benzoyl peroxide is the same thing as topica tretinoin ? Ive been using epiduo for about 2 months or bit less

It's worth using short term but only paired with a retinoid like Tretinoin or Tazarotene 0.1%

When you start using retinoids, you might enter a purging phase where your acne gets worse before it gets better. In that phase, you can use doxycycline 50/100mg to manage your acne and get results faster. However, when you stop you get a rebound. The rebound is barely noticeable, temporary and stops once your skin is used to tretinoin.

I have tried it for around 3-4 months it does not work it’s cope and even if it magically works the results are not permanent once ur off it ur acne will be back to normal/worser

no, tret is much stronger and will worker better, however isotret is the best option as it will perma get rid of acne when the correct dosage is taken
