Should I ignore my derm and not take doxycycline for 2 weeks before getting on accutane.?
She prescribed it for 2 weeks before starting Accutane. I know it's supposed to be against the initial Accutane purge, but im skeptical after reading about it on the forum,
I have been using benzoyl peroxide + clindamycin gel for 7 weeks after derm prescribed and already purged from it

no

not bad i used 20mg with an antihistamine 4 the first month to reduce purging

if ur acne is not that bad use a lower dose and use azealic acid to help w the pie

u can use topical actives whilst on isotretinoin its a myth that u can't just use accordingly w ur irritation

Thanks, dude. I read guides here about Accutane, and there are just so many different opinions about it. I will most likely take 20 mg, and after finishing it, transition to tret or take 10 mg. I just need okayish skin by mid-November and really great skin by January, so I have to be careful with the purge. I wish I had started earlier instead of coping with Korean skincare, because it destroyed my chance of doing this summer's fashion week in Paris and then having basically a paid vacation in South Korea. I hope Accutane saves me
