Dr burak Erçin, implants without giant?

Recently had a consult with Dr. Burak Ercin and basically they said I could get implants but also he didn't mention Giant. Instead he mentioned some designer from Holland. Does anyone know about this?

@lurking truecel I saw that you mentioned on another thread that Dr. Burak's implants are probably fine without Giant. What do you think?
Is getting Giant in good or not that important?

He recommended Infraorbital's gonion angle implants, cantho and chin implant for me

I mean its allways better with giant but its the same designer that pag and ram use then prob. So it will prob be decent.

The problem is I look fine but then I'm only 24.5. I have like 50 years of life I think. Even spending $20-30k is like good for a lot of years

I saw that you got surgery. Did you get infraorbital implants?
I've been reading your posts and then I saw that you were talking about the masseter muscle detaching from the gonion. Do you think there is still a risk with a small gonion implant as long as I don't go crazy?

The thing with giant is I see that it's very hard to get a hold of him and even if I DM him, he probably won't reply. So what do you recommend? I don't want to wait like years for a surgery because then what's the point

Yea i mean you can try to talk to ercin to get to him, maybe you can somehow convince him. Yea a small gonion implant should be fine.

pagnoni is also a very good surgeon no doubt. very experienced and solid results.
ercin is younger but his academic level is really high. you can feel that he is more up to date and more detail oriented.


he actually likes to work with giant. they work well together in theory.
but honestly the problem is giant is kinda lazy sometimes. things get slower than they should.


still ercin alone is more than capable. working with giant is more like preference not a must.
