I still don't get why we don't have implants that can reliably mimick fillers results. Like wtf seriously. It's a shame that fillers mogg all the time, especially knowing that if you want to keep on looking like that you'll get bogdanoffed in less than a decade.

i mean we kinda do, fillers r custom, and so is giant implants?
