Afaik the only surgeons that still do custom implants (and are worth going to) are Dr dhir, yaremchuk, eppley, ramieri, pagnoni

Dhir is overpriced af (and does sutures instead of mainly nails to my knowledge)

Yarumchuk is dying soon + silicon + pricey

Eppley is dying soon + silicon + heavily overpriced

Ramieri does PEEK which is nice but he doesn't do versatile placements

Pagnoni looks like the best option because I think he does PEEK and he can do browridge augmentation, infra+supra, and a bunch of other shit.

Looks like there are only a couple surgeons that dominate the implant market unfortunately. Jfl at USA surgeons, thank God Italian prices are reasonable for now

And I am being sarcastic about your post because 38k for BOTH trimax AND implants is a RIP-OFF. WHen the trimax alone probably 5-10k max in a regular surgeon hands outside of EU and Murica.

If you get silicone implants instead of PEEK you deserve to hang from the ceiling tbh. In no cases are silicone implants better than filler. PEEK implants can, however, be better than filler in some cases.
