He's ascended some foids and I hear Costa Rica is a place Americans go for cheap dentistry. This guy seems to specialise in jaw surgery so I wonder if he's a potential option. These before after pictures aren't even on his site they're screenshots from a random youtube video I came across of him talking to some Brazilian jaw surgeon on a conference or something.
