Did anyone had recent surgery with Pagnoni? Anyone in 2025?
To the ones who had it with him earlier, is his implants (infra and supras ) safe on long term ? I'm 25 so I am really concerned because I don't want a revision or removal as I live in india and don't want to travel back and forth. I want it to be a one time surgery to ascend me to atleast CL, im a HTN-CL.
My only failos are,
Recessed infras
Recessed mandible - not noticeable

I am planning to do,
Infras, supras, bimax ( max downgraft and mandibular advancement )
Genioplasty extension in 3d

This will make my face taller (by 11mm atleast ) fix my failos, and give me good protuding chin.

To be fair there's a lot of shit that doesn't make sense in the thread.

He says recessed infra and recessed mandible are his only noticeable falios, but then says he wants to get Supras + Downgrafting with Genio.

It sounds like he also has SFS with a bad browbone. Just makes him sound like he's not taking it as seriously as he should.

May be for non failo but a slight flaw as chin to philtrum being unideal but not enough to be a failo idk
