Gonna buy a Dr Pen, have some acne scars I want to treat on my body, then anti aging for face, then hair loss for Norwood 2,5.

Which cartridges would be suited for these 3?

Also do you have to dispose of each cartridge after each use?

Did anyone here get good results versus initially using dermaroller?

Get a Derminator 2 and some EMLA numbing cream. No you don't have dispose of the cartridge after each use. Just soak them in isopropyl alcohol after use and check for bent pins. If needling becomes more painful then the tips are probably blunt but they only need to be changed a few times a year.

The documentation from owndoc will tell you everything you need to know.

That one I can't get sent to my shithole country.

Can't bother buying 2nd hand.

Dr Pen has like a few needles for wrinkles but many for acne.

Which would work for hair loss tho??

Cartridges with lower needle counts are used to intensively needle individual scars. Cartridges with a higher needle counts are used to needle larger areas.

For your purposes a higher needle count is more optimal. Microneedling significantly boosts the efficacy of topical minoxidil when used in combination.
