jesus christ the delusional response in here. This is his stack for biological anti-aging, it has nothing to do with TRT, finasteride or retin A. He tried to discuss skin aging specifically and he got roasted for it. His audience is not a bunch of teenage looksmaxers lol.

Some good things in there and 2 of the best are Nicotinamide Riboside and Fisetin but they don't do a whole lot till about age 34 I would say but are very effective then. Just alternating 500mg of cheap Niacin and Niacinamide every other day will give you the same NAD+ effect as the much more expensive Riboside. And Fisetin you can just blast a bunch once a year and get some nice effects if you don't want to take some every day.

Dermarolling is one of the best anti-aging things you can do for your face as long as you don't go overboard with it.
