Your nose just needed a little bit of being less bulbous. Your problem is your short nose/long philtrum.

Getting a longer nose would fix both. Tbh for now I'm gonna save up so I can get a good upper lip in a liplift, which will shorten my philtrum a bit. What I need after that is a magical unicorn nosejob that will make my nose longer and less bulbous. Both surgeries I have never seen good results from. Lets gooooo.
