Dr.vikram was trained under dr.sailor his bimax is about 8k to 9k. I want to combine titanium implants with the jaw surgery as well. I thought about Dr.rameriri but I feel like dr.vikram gives better aesthetic movements.

I spoke to sunil,vikram and couple turkish surgeons... wouldn't want to go to Italy because I'm Muslim and they don't like Muslims
