How do you deal with this?

Like summer comes, no school, feeling more motivated and social but then after a bit you get mentally tired, unmotivated and don't feel like socialising.

Is it just me or seasonal depression?

I don’t think you can do anything about social battery I remember drink a monster and eating a lot during a field trip but I got tired in only 8 hours your brain is just tired prob

Also try coffe for school work or some drugs

You need to force urself to be grateful for everything. I also deal with this I just hype myself up all the time with tools like caffeine/nicotine/Loud music and by having present that I will die someday soon and be grateful for just being alive. It's hard to max that but once u genuinely do u really can use it as a tool to be invincible and high energy for life.

No shit happens to me for months in cycles. Ever since mid September I feel 50 iq I also can't socialise

I'm just naturally antisocial I think, it might be a result of upbringing as most behavioral anomalies are

But it doesn't cause me any concern beyond not wanting to seem weird

I have literally 0 irl friends, I just don't want to deal with the social consequences if it comes up but me myself am pretty chill with it
