Carbohydrate heavy diets only make you diabetic if you don't lift or you're not physically active. My dad's BMI is only like 19.9 but his blood glucose level is a bit on the high side (but not full-on diabetic) and he's made to take medication for Crestor by his doctor even though he rarely eats actual sugar. Most of his diet is from carbohydrates like whole grain/wheat bread, pasta, oatmeal, cereal, quinoa, bananas, blueberries, strawberries. Carbohydrates eventually digest into glucose (sugar). That's why you can be diabetic without actually eating much sugar.
32% of the calories from raw milk come from (natural) sugars btw. That's not exactly low in carbohydrates. A 2L jug has 96g of sugar.

I ate lots of bread (mostly whole grain/wheat) day to day and to a lesser extent pasta, quinoa and potatoes. It's called calories-in, calories-out, LIFT and cardio. I was running last summer but for my next cut I'm just going to go on walks. I don't want to put wear on my knees. They have step counter apps for phones.

I eat a Standard American Diet. I just make sure to get 1.8g protein per kg of body weight per day and eat carbohydrates and fats according to my goal (bulking, maintenance or cutting). If I'm cutting, I scale back on the carbs and fats. Especially the fats (but not too low. A low fat diet can lead to health problems). Because I need the carbs for the gym. It's only sedentary people who have problems with carbs. And people who just eat too many calories, usually too many carbs and fats. As its kinda hard for the average normie to over-eat on protein. Protein is expensive. My stomach never growls because I got accustomed to eating at a calorie deficit last year. So this whole carbohydrates make you hungry thing is only temporarily true. When I'm bulking, I up the carbs and fats. Especially carbs. And when maintaining, I shoot for something in between for my carb and fat intake.
dont really agree with iifym dieters but you’re right about being sedentary determining more so than diet if someone will become overweight

It's more time efficient to bulk (eating at calorie surplus) and then cut than to gain muscle and burn fat simultaneously very slowly at calorie maintenance. I've already tried leanmaxxing last summer and it didn't work out as planned for me in terms of getting girls. lol. I get laid here and there but I do not consistently pull. Even though I do have a nice face. So I'm going to try gymcelling.
