I struggle to understand the following instructions:
"To correctly draw the FHP line for assessing your chin and jaw position, follow these steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Side Profile Image
Take a clear side profile picture of your face. Ensure that your entire face is visible from the side, and your head is held in a natural, relaxed position.
Step 2: Identify the Points for the FHP Line
In the side profile image, you need to identify two specific points on your face:
Point A: The most forward point of your bony eye socket. It's usually located where the bony rim of your eye ends at the outer corner of your eye.
Point B: The most prominent point on your lower jaw (chin). It's the point that sticks out the most when looking at your side profile.
Step 3: Draw the FHP Line
Using the line-drawing tool in your image editing program, draw a straight, horizontal red line. This line should connect Point A (the bony rim of your eye socket) to Point B (the most prominent point on your lower jaw or chin). The line should be parallel to the ground when viewing the side profile image.
Step 4: Assess Your Chin and Jaw Position
Now that you have drawn the FHP line correctly, observe the position of your chin and jaw in relation to this line:
If your chin and jaw are ahead of the red line (closer to the camera) in the side profile image, it suggests a well-defined chin.
If your chin and jaw are on the red line, it indicates a balanced or neutral chin position.
If your chin and jaw are behind the red line (farther from the camera) in the side profile image, it might suggest a recessed chin or jaw."
Can someone help me by drawing the line? Just download a profile image of someone from the "images" section of the Google search, draw the line, and show me the image with the line.
I want to draw such a line on a profile pic of myself, but I don't understand how exactly to draw that line.
