even if they say “muh won’t work your suture is partially fused” i had a friend where they still put it in and he went from narrow face to mogger zygos and fwhr so just push hard for it and even say it’s for aesthetics if you need to. by the looks of it you might have a narrow palate so if you have insurance it might be covered
