dream surgery/hardmaxing plan

1) Ultrasonic cavitation (not surgical but ill put it on)

2)under eye fat grafts 2)Superior orbicularis retaining ligament (ORL) release (no explination needed if you know me alr)

3)Chin impants maybe(but this one feels too invasive so idk)(depends if my new black pill ortho im gonna see fixes my recessed chin insead of violating me like my last ortho)

3)microneedeling 4)lazer for skin(had bad acne and hyperpigmentation my mum even offering to pay for this in a few years cus ialr looked like a deformed subhuman)

6)hair trainsplant on eyebrows(dont want to be putting minoxidil on for life)

7)potentialy a surgical palate expander(again depends on what my black pilled ortho says)(my bones r prolly alr fused)

-no bimax/dobble jaw or lefort t cus its too invasive and im scared (but double jaw would change me)

8)hair trandplant(IF hair worsens)

-no ll even tho im 172cm and havnt grown in ~2yrs(rather be short than crippled and disproportanate)

9)that lip widening surgery cus my my mouth to nose is 1:1.1 (but again im not to comfortable with this one but its definatly one of the most nesseary on this list(maybe the palate expander will help (again depends on what my black pilled ortho says)

-i have a subhuman upper lip. (EXTREMLY Asymetrical and very small in comprarision to bottom lip but i genuinly dont know any surgery to fix this so lmk

with this set up i feel like ill still have an ltn bottom third and maybe a mtn midface (AND STILL BE VERRY SHORT LOLOLOL) but atleast ill get trated human(its over)

Also idk how much ts even costs man. i wanna get it done by top tier proffessionals so yeah imma just like be like antisocial cus no one fucking cares/respects me
