I know Dredd's BBC is fake. It looks leg-sized in camera, but there are amateur videos he records with an ordinary camera, in which he advertises supplements, and his penis looks average.

Does someone know how the trick works? How do they make an average penis to appear as a leg-sized penis?

This is a visual effect called foreshortening that causes an object to appear compressed, elongated, or stretched when viewed at an angle. It depends a lot on positioning but you could generally recognize a trend in his videos is that he films from the side of his hips and bottom to up. He also utilizes claustrophobic angles even though he probably doesn't notice this, that's why it appears normal-sized in some backbone shots. Anyways that thing is massive regardless.
