Grab a water bottle and pour salt in it, shake it and drink it all. You’ll need all that salt, bc when u sweat u remove ur salt. More salt = more time you’ll be able to do cardio. U don’t need it for weight lifting tho, bc u shouldnt sweat as much. But ALWAYS salt ur water on hot days, trust me you’ll be far ahead of everyone if u do. If the meals u eat are already salty, ur diet is prob shit. In that case ignore the thread
