Drink salted water before cardio

Grab a water bottle and pour salt in it, shake it and drink it all. You’ll need all that salt, bc when u sweat u remove ur salt. More salt = more time you’ll be able to do cardio. U don’t need it for weight lifting tho, bc u shouldnt sweat as much. But ALWAYS salt ur water on hot days, trust me you’ll be far ahead of everyone if u do. If the meals u eat are already salty, ur diet is prob shit. In that case ignore the thread

It’s crazy how much of a cheat code this is. I’ve also heard of ppl snorting salt before they lift PRs. Makes sense now

Well idk. I’m saying do this before cardio. Anyway after cardio ur face becomes lean

I made copious amounts of posts about this, especially because i take stimulants who make you sweat copious amounts which enters dangerous life threatening levels if you live in a humid hot climate

My friend does, he snorted everything snortable, creatine, salt, magnesium, protein powder and cocaine

Nobody snorts salt to do PRs because you don’t lose electrolytes from doing 1RM weightlifting. Pointless and it doesn’t help with anything when compared to aerobic exercise where you do lose electrolytes.

You might be confused with people who sniff smelling salts. That’s a whole different thing.

Bc salt is an electrolyte
you also need potassium, magnesium, and calcium

i personally add some 'no-salt' which is potassium before workout
magnesium i dont do since apparently it relaxes muscles
calcium u get from water and dairy

I think it depends of the type of cardio u do.
If u do 15-30 minutes grandma stationary bike cardio then u probably dont need that.
But if u do intense cardio for hours it probably helps
