Caffeine is a stimulant lol it's probably not a cortisol spike having these effects on you. But some people don't tolerate it well though so you're def not alone.Yes A LOT, that's insane how it affects me, I can feel it in my body, my heart beats extremely fast, it's unbearable and I can't be functional with this
I suppose we're all different, but mentalcels shouldn't drink coffee, I also have insomnia issues so coffee is not for me. Too bad because I like the taste, really, and I like the diuretics effect
