I’ve seen a lot of ND blackpillers drinking cow and sheep’s blood but I want to know if there’s actually benefits considering it’s insanely high in iron which is pretty common in other foods.

Drinking blood is retarded you can get iron overload and other issues, just drink raw milk/kefir, eat grass-fed beef/lamb or pasture raised eggs. Add in a few carbs like quinoa/lentils and fruit and it's a very good diet.

I do understand these, but if you are looking holistically at the contributions of quinoa it may negate some potential downsides. I probably will be reducing intake and will just replace with more kefir
