idk why but just drinking it is satiating, i could listen to music while drinking it too and get a euphoric feeling from the sugar and caffiene of sort which makes me feel nice. It's kind of like coffee

yeah what keeps you on your diet i love monster energy but eat like 2250 (i dont count i know what i eat, counting gives you a eating disorder for me atleast) 10k steps with gym
