Drinking less Water will increase your Saltconcentration in your Blood

I just read an Article that says that drinking less Water will increase ur Saltconcentration in the blood. And more salt in your blood would be bad for your Looks. What you think about that?

OK....literally everybody on this forum says something different. One says drink less than 2.5 Liters or u will lose Ptassium and Magnesium. The other says drink at least 3 liters a day what is true now?
