bro i drank lots of milk as a kiddo and my bones in my fist are really strong, thank God. also last year i got into a "fight" (really me just getting head repeatedly punched at full force while wearing rings because idk how to throw punches, jfl) and i felt NOTHING. it wasnt even the adrenaline because after it was over i still didnt feel any pain. thank God! milk is really good for you.
