But if you still want to get protein from eggs, just drink raw it's fine. Avidin content is negligible. You can cook whites if you want too but I personally don't cuz I'm lazy.

10-36 a day. Currently, I cannot afford 36 yolks a day. I need a job as its unreasonable to expect that my mother support my egg maxxing. Unfortunately, I've applied to many grad programs and been rejected after testing/interviews (autism trait).
