source: straight from a farm which doesnt inject hormones into the cow, cows raised in stress free environment in open sun, grass grazing cows, and not chemically altered one bit or heated.
its only cooled to 4 degree celcius as recommended by the raw milk institute to increase shelf life and delivered to me in glass bottles not plastic.
