you can get it from there, but according to the guide everything is good unless: its liquid NOT foam, and only consists of these 4 ingredients: water, alcohol, propyl glycol (or smth like that), and minoxidil. [im not OP tho]

minox will not give you dark circles, i only use topical minox on eyebrows and eyelashes
