I feel like this makes you feel better because your body can go so long without food but not a couple days without water it even makes the hunger and my life more bearable and it makes me feel refreshed

most people confuse thirst and hunger and vice versa, and considering 80% of adults don't even meet the recommended standards for water consumption which are already low as fuck it's fair to say that most of the time when you think you're hungry you're actually thristy.

I average somewhere between 5 and 7 liters a day.

This is true it's what helped me at my worst hungers leanmaxxing

That’s crazy, I’m a floorer (extremely intense, it’s almost more of a sport than a trade) and I struggle to drink 3L.
That being said I literally don’t sweat, only a little on 35°C+ days - I don’t feel the cold either, I dunno if that’s correlated.
