When you’re 18–19, should you be drinking almost every weekend to create as many fun memories as possible, meet girls, and enjoy life?

Or does that risk harming the little bone mass or growth potential you might still have left? I’m wondering whether it’s really worth sacrificing osteoblast activity, growth hormone, and testosterone for 1–2 days just for a fun time.

Is it smarter to do everything in your power now to look as good as possible at 20, or should you relax, enjoy the present, and not overthink it?
 
To be fair life is about balance, so i’m not saying to not drink and have fun, but what you do now will affect your body and health forever. So in my opinion i don’t drink because there’s only negatives. if you only do what “feels good” then nothing will ever get done. i’m not saying you cant have fun but there’s definitely alternatives to alcohol that won’t minimize your looks and cognitive function. Also a drink every now and then isn’t bad, obviously better if none, but if on the weekends you get wasted. Then that might be a problem long term. Go have fun bro but just don’t abuse it, but if you want my opinion, drinking is only worth it when you’re drunk and when you get drunk there’s only negatives.

having melatonin after alcohol consumption is beneficial because alcohol affects the blood and brain and melatonin is a detoxification for both of those things. Pretty beneficial

Everything, in moderation. Socializing is very important, more than optimizing your growth. Besides it only makes a tiny difference. Temperance is good to have later down the line since as we age, things start to take a heavier toll on the body.
 
You should have a pretty balanced amount of how frequently you should drink and how much you do drink because if it’s something you enjoy doing to have fun and making memories, go ahead but don’t do it so much to the point where it becomes an addiction and possibly fuck over ur life because long term drinking only has negatives to it and it will only impact your progress rn. Personally it’s not worth doing because if you want it bad enough you wouldn’t do something that will cause harm to your body and there’s ways to have fun w/o drinking

you „shouldn’t“ need to do anything in life but yes drinking smoking clubbing with friends and whores will create memories

It wont do that but it will vause a fuxk ton of oxadative stress which causes cellular ageing which obviously is bad, use nac to midigate it somewhat

The end goal of looksmaxing is i would assume to fuxk bitches and have fun anyway, seems like a distraction from the original goal
 
You can be social and outgoing without having to drink a single drop of alcohol if it worries you that much. I, for one, always rock the diet pepsi/coke during a party (which is a rare occasion) no exception.
