Drinkingt too much bloated ?

Somedays i did im going to a party in a few monites how do i debloat quick i tried nessld tea and 0,6 litef watef but it makes it worse i took some salt but it wont work

Get urself green tea and some prime and lower ur fucking water intake to 4l ur drinking way to fucking much but if ur bodyfat is to high debloating won't do shit
