droopy appearance of nose tip

My nasal bone seems straight, but there is an extra part of flesh just after the bone that makes my nose look droopy. When I pull my upper lip forward, the nose appears straight. I’d like to understand what might be causing this and what treatment options could help.

you can still have a droopy nose while having a good maxilla, or maybe im just wrong, i have a little bump on my nose and it makes it seem droopy is there any was to fix it without surgery?
