If I lift my droopy nose tip Up.. my nose look less longer... but in exchange my philtrum will look longer. The droopy nose tip hides true size of philtrum... It also make you nose to look extra long which give illusion that you have long midface. ..... To fix this issue is of course rhinoplasty.

Nose job will do it. My phill will get little bit longer..
Overly short philtrum is a problem actually. I've noticed most of the biggest Chads don't have overly short philtrum. Having a super long nose and short philtrum is underrated failo

True... I dont lose anything if my Phil gets longer because its already pretty short due to nose tip literally taking extra space.

Well if you wait 3 weeks you will see the results on me.

I have a notoriously long midface but I'm getting filler to lift the nose tip. Appointment in 3 weeks

Read it. Has some potential side effects and not as big of an effect as if you just got nose filler and maybe Botox to lift the nose tip up and relax the muscle that drags it down. That would run you for less than $1000 anywhere in the world
