DROOPY NASAL TIP
A nose that points downward can come from several things: the shape of the tip cartilage, the septum, the nasal base, or the way the nose relates to the rest of the face. It isn’t necessarily caused by one single feature.
If you want to change it
Tip work
If the bridge already looks good and the problem is mainly the tip, a surgeon can rotate/support the tip without rebuilding the entire nose.
Rhinoplasty
Makes sense when the tip isn’t the only issue. The bridge, width, hump and overall proportions can all be adjusted together.
Jaw surgery
A different category entirely. If the upper jaw is significantly underdeveloped or there’s a serious bite problem, correcting the jaw can also change how the nose sits.
One thing I’d avoid
Nasal filler.
It doesn’t actually make the nose smaller or remove the droop it adds material. More importantly, the nose is a highrisk area for filler because an injection entering a blood vessel can cause severe complications.
First small „Guide“, Hope you enjoyed it
