droopy nose tip when smiling

my nose is straight but when i smile nose tip is droopy and looks like jew nose.
is there a surgery for this? i dont want to change my nose shape just stop the tip from drooping.

what ideal bro? i agree with from front it looks good, no nostrils but its a disaster from side, like if a get a photo taken if im smiling from left or right i want to kms

yeah maxilla is fucked. mogger childhood maxilla but fucking environment and wrong dentist made my maxilla disappear, so thats the cause?

Where did they inject and how

I Dont know the exact facial anatomy terms but they injected it like exactly where the nose tip ends above the upper lip, like where the philtrum starts from the nose, and they injected another one above the nose tip, just a little. When smiling i felt the filler stopping my nose from drooping and it felt like it was going to snap anytime, definitely not a comfortable sensation but it fixed the problem
