an suggestions for a UKcel? Am I better off going to Turkey or something? Or staying here if there are good surgeons here?
I think i'd only want tip work done to refine and lift the tip. Maybe reduce my massive nostrils although some people told me to keep my 'flared' nostrils as it looks 'bad boy' lol (at least that's what I THINK I need but I could be wrong)

Every since stumbling upon a thread of a poor girl who got botched BAD (to the point it literally ruined her life. Her nose was COMPLETELY butchered!!!) by an apparently reputable surgeon I think in Canada, i've been very scared of it but I've kinda wanted one for years

how did it fuck up your mental health? you look better or nah? I must admit that even though my nose is shit I know it could be worse. It's just a bit fat, big nostrils, and turns down too much especially when I smile. Like, If I had one of those MASSIVE noses with a huge 'hook' in it, I kind of think it would be easier surgery, easy to get a 'good' result etc

i got it to fix a broken nose , my shit was deformed. it looks good but my mental just never recovered knowing that i have a whole new nose

i can kind of understand that. It's why I wish we could guarantee EXACTLY how our nose would look. If it looked TOO different I think it would screw me up mentally a bit too, tbh. I know what I want but not sure how easy it would be or the liklihood it'd look how I actually want. Needs to be subtle

yeah surgery is risky af, you expect a certain outcome prior getting anesthesed and there’s always something that’s not “perfect” imperfections . imo surgery of any kind should only be done if there’s a major deformity
