basically tyrosine inhibitors for FAST resultsSo, the only methods I know that aren't gonna actively fuck up your skin are..
General: Megadosing Vitamin C (also making sure you're not deficient in vit. A or E, do not recommend megadosing these tho), NAC + ALA (for increasing your glutathione, direct glutathione supplementation does not work I already tried that)
Body: Kojic Acid Soap, Sunscreen
Skincare: Retinoids, Vitamin C Serum, Sunscreen
ight so imma buy vitamin c serum, nac+ala if I find it, and kojic acid soap. So, the only methods I know that aren't gonna actively fuck up your skin are..

alr, so imma get vitamin c and kojic acid for now. Feel free if u want me to buy something.basically tyrosine inhibitors for FAST results
kojic acid is the safest option.
Yeah, pretty much. The general advice is to megadose it, but honestly, I didn’t go that hard and still saw results. I just did 500mg in the morning and evening. I’ve recently stopped and didn’t really notice any darkening, or maybe whatever else I’m doing is offsetting it.ight so imma buy vitamin c serum, and kojic acid soap.
How do I mega dose on vitamin c? like js take a supp?
Alright, u think I should do retinol I'm 15 rn?Yeah, pretty much. The general advice is to megadose it, but honestly, I didn’t go that hard and still saw results. In general: Use sunscreen daily to prevent getting darker, Vitamin C serum in the morning, Retinoids (like retinol or tretinoin) at night.
I do recommend supplementing with NAC, ALA, or even whey protein (because of the cysteine content), basically anything that helps boost glutathione levels. I can't say for sure if that’s what lightened my skin since I started everything at once, but I’d like to believe it played a big role in making me lighter.
Glutathione inhibits tyrosinase, so anything that helps increase it is worth looking into. It’s what a lot of Korean actors and models do, although they go the IV route, which is way more effective than pills. Oral glutathione supplements don’t work that well, but precursors like NAC actually boost your glutathione levels, but then again injecting glutathione directly or using more potent tyrosine inhibitors is much more effective (but I doubt you want to go that far, as it can fuck up your liver, and it's very hard to get a doctor crazy enough or the tools to do it yourself). Just don’t waste money on glutathione supplements directly, they’re basically useless, always precursors.
Definitely don't go for tretinoin that young, I mean you can, but I wouldn't advise it. Retinol though is not going to affect your skin or development (jf you were worried about that), so it's perfectly safe to use. I started using it at 16-17, never came off it ever since. If for whatever reason you're interested, my skincare routine is very simple, cheap and effective.Alright, u think I should do retinol I'm 15 rn?
and btw how lighter did u get? and how long did it take for you to lighter?
So 1000mg vitamin c a day, vitamin c serum, Kojic acid soap, NAC+ALA should do the trick.
alr bet, imma use it then.Definitely don't go for tretinoin that young, I mean you can, but I wouldn't advise it. Health: 2-4L of water a day, ZERO MICRONUTRIENT DEFICIENCIES, 9 hours of sleep
AM: Water (or cleansing) + Vitamin C + E (optional) + SPF
PM: Cleanser + Retinoid + Squalane (if needed)
I deadass don't think 99% of the human population needs to do anything else, for most people that's enough.
