Im at like 16% bf trying to drop down to 10-12% asap

Ive never cut before so idk what the most optimal way is

Im just doing 30 mins of cardio daily (treadmill, 5 mph and 15 incline), is it enough to drop enough bf within a few weeks?
 
I'm quite overweight, I've just been utilizing a calorie deficit

This is good. If you want a more extreme method then do a 30 day water fast and blast:

retatrutide for fat loss
tren to keep muscle
adderal to have energy.
