For me it's mainly
  • tretinoin every night
  • mewing
  • invisalign
  • crest white strips
  • eyebrow dye
probably the tretinoin/skincare and eyebrow eye/shaping stuff gets the most compliments IRL.

Morning:
Dead hang and stretch
CeraVe Hyrdating Moisturizer
SPF
Castor Oil on brows(i dont go out anywhere and by the time I do its dried up)
High speed jaw opening exercises or chin tucks(chin tucks one day and high speed jaw on the other, repeat daily)

Afternoon:
Same high speed jaw or chin tucks

Night/Evening:
30 Minute Cardio (Light jogging)
PanOxyl 4% Benzoyl Peroxide
Dead hang and stretch
Same high speed jaw or chin tucks
Castor oil on brows and lashes

Gonna get moisturizer soon, gonna dye my brows mid summer and before school starts and growing out my hair, tryna see what else I can do

i use korean cleanser every night and oil cleanser 3x a week + moisturiser (was using basic cerave shit before but female friend who is educated on skincare gave me some free stuff), korean SPF in morning before leaving and I gymmaxx (weightlifting + cardio). I also 3x bovine collagen pills nightly.

Breakfast I always get some type of healthy wrap/salad (high in protein - cal ratio) + protein yoghurt + 500ml coconut water.

Was interested in Crest white strips but apparently they're super hard to get in UK because the amount of peroxide in them is above what is legally allowed in the UK.

Growing my hair out rn but it's not a bad length.

Might start doing neck curls but they look weird asf to do in a gym but I need to work on lowering my inhib anyway so might just start doing that.

Other than that, eat clean and drink a shit ton of water.

you also can't get tretinoin without prescription in this shithole. that is why alldaychemist and hometeethwhitening exist
