My head is not small at all and i do not have low nasal bridge also the 'smooth philtum' is a lighting issue

sorry brah, I'm only good in the AAS and peptide area of knowledge but for you i'd say your ears stick out a lot so try taping them back, it was one of the first reasons I thought you even had fetal alc syndrome
