Dropping eyebrows

I want to drop my eyebrows above my eye. Is it worth keeping the arch and lowering the rest? Or dropping both eyebrows?

The picture provided below is ideally what I’d like to achieve.

Also, is this possible with Botox and what would be the price range to have this performed?
