Better recovery. Less time in the gym. Sex drive is back in full force. Upper body gains are coming easier now that I'm able to dedicate myself 100% to those lifts. Unless you're an athlete, I see no reason to squat or deadlift. Why put so much effort into something that won't have any tangible benefits (in this case, making you more attractive to girls)?

I stopped training legs because they're already huge compared to my upper body and I have a back injury. Guess that's more time to train neck.

I barely train legs these days
Training calves is completely pointless if you have long legs and tiny ankles
I can max out the stack on Leg extensions if I train it consistently for a couple of months
I used to leg press a lot of weight but it started to hurt my knees

This used to be me, jfl at falling for the "real men squat and deadlift" meme.
But for real there is nothing wrong with training legs but if they start getting to big for your upper body (very common for natty lifters) just stop for a while. I train legs now like once a week rather lightly and that seems to be enough. There's no point in squatting more than 2pl8s anyways.
