Better recovery. Less time in the gym. Sex drive is back in full force. Upper body gains are coming easier now that I'm able to dedicate myself 100% to those lifts. Unless you're an athlete, I see no reason to squat or deadlift. Why put so much effort into something that won't have any tangible benefits (in this case, making you more attractive to girls)?
