1k rev highest day was 3,2k. I only have a single product store with a atc upsell. And branded dropshiping.

But I been only in the game for around 6 months.

around 28% so pretty healthy margins and my atc upsell is a product that goes along with my product but i dont advertise the upsell product it just there to get a higher aov.

I also have a prechecked shipping protection in my cart for $3.99 wich most customer just leave checked.

Product is unique, found only one competitor who is running organic, I'm using ads, I have private supplier I got from my dropshipper friend

started with 4k saved up + my 9-5. One tip you need a job to fund this shit you need constant money coming in.

I burned threw 3k pretty quick on my first few stores (some i took losses some were break even).

Then hit my first winner got a credit card and just scaled it from there.

Most important things in the start are creatives, market research (cusotmer avatar) and managing cashflow.

Store Building + Product research are the easiest.

The part where most people fail is they watch 1000 hours of videos about dropshipping and never take action.

Dropshipping is not dead and never will be. Its simply a way of getting a product to your customer.

If you fail, though I advise you to never start trading its the most shit business model there is.

It's very much possible to make it with dropshipping and just e-commerce in general, ur main goal should be to not give up and learn.

Take advantage of constant internal feedback loops to help you improve and learn from each product test, ask yourself "what was missing?" "what could i have done better?" "What was not good? My website, my ads, my hook, my product or etc?"

Study bigger brands, learn what a winning product looks like, learn what makes a good ad, what makes a good advertorial/listicle, learn how to scale (A/B testing, testing different ad concepts, CRO, etc)

and the list goes on and on, there's plenty of good sauce on yt btw just don't watch the gurus trying to sell you something and trying to make everything look nice to entertain you.
