A few months ago my friend crashed out really heavily over something ( won't go into too many details )

long story short he was a normal guy before that crashout lowkey he was low IQ but still normal and NT regardless, after the crash out they put him in the mental hospital and hooked him up with a drug, since then he hasn't been the same and acts like a retarded sped kid

he hangs his mouth open, eyes are yellowish red, extremely slow mentally, constantly zoned out ( you have to repeat yourself many times until he responds ), always claims to forgot things he did or happened, poor decision making and logic and acts like a zombie in general

what drug could this be? I was thinking antipsychotic drugs because maybe he was having a manic episode or some shit but damn you guys don't know I feel bad for this guy he used to be my homie now he's completely gone mentally no better than the sped people that be walking on the streets
