I'm high inhibition mainly and can't relate on NT conversation subjects because I have no shared experiences with these people.

Phenibut makes me very relaxed but I end up just not talking and enjoying the scenery instead, it takes the pressure off but it's honestly a bad thing because I no longer feel the need to physical escalate or make any effort.

so this is a form of shyness/social anxiety I guess. Although some people are probably considered NT in spite of this. I guess it depends on severity and stuff. Some say only autism and not being able to read social cues is 'non NT'

So this is basically just a matter of life. Not something a pill could help with. I guess one could be very 'nt' but if for some reason he's surrounded by people chatting about formula 1 racing and he has zero interest in it, he'll find it hard to relate to the convo and give a good impression

Same. I've played around with all kinds of drugs in an experiment to find God mode (since i'm someone who cold approaches a lot at night and it's how i've gotten laid). I never really found much better than alcohol so far, tbh. And alcohol is far from ideal because by the time i've had enough to make me low inhibition and hit on every hot girl I see, i'm fucking wasted and can barely talk lol. And not drinking just isn't an option. I'm in the UK. We have a heavy drink culture here! Finding drugs you can mix with alcohol that will help is an issue but i'm still expermineting

ha - this is a bit like what happened with me with MDMA and a few other drugs. I was kind of overwhelmed with myself. Too Inward thinking. More enjoying the feeling and the atmosphere etc. Do'nt actually think it helped me socially at all like some claimed it would. Similar in a way with cocaine for me, too

Get a job in which you have to deal with people socially multiple hours a day. This will make you good at small talk and eliminate anxiety. Max out your sober social skills that way then when you cap at that add on drugs of your choice = social god.

Same here. I just don't give a fuck about anything while being on Phenibut, not even about people. I don't want to talk to them I don't even care about their existence. It is not very good, because I don't do anything productive

Phenibut is good like once a week at most, but if you get addicted you'll end up being even more low inhib for a while due to downregulation of receptors etc. Withdrawal at high doses is one of the worst experiences so be careful with that one.
