Hey I absolutely need to get lean as much as possible. I remember when I was 16 and I had awful skin, jaw, hairstyle, and physique but I was still slaying like crazy because I was lean AF and tall. I’ve fixed most of these issues, but now I’m fat walking at around 23% body fat.

They work well for me just hit the vape a couple times when I get hungry n no apatite AND it increases metabolism by like 15%
