Best drug is impossible to claim, and this goes for the majority of people who pick their best, reason is how bias has an influence here, example mdma is stereotyped as this peak euphoria and bliss so people report it being the best, and it is the best feeling drug, but only in the specific type of feeling (idk if euphoria is a good word for it, its more like bliss).

Another example meth, its the best feeling in terms of pure pleasure (no need for description, its just the raw dopamine feeling, like when you play some video game you love, or your fav music)
